For the week of October 27, 2026, the 75 remote-first companies we track list 2,571 remote jobs on their own job boards. 274 of them were added this week.
The most open remote jobs: Plaid (118, connects apps to bank accounts), Stripe (108, online payments) and Cohere (105, AI models for businesses).
Adding the most this week: 1Password (+26 new remote jobs), Kong (+16 new remote jobs) and Aledade (+12 new remote jobs). New postings are usually the best ones to apply for: fewer people have seen them yet.
Where remote jobs stay open longest: Databento (93% open more than 90 days), NetBird (91% open more than 90 days) and Metabase (84% open more than 90 days). A long-open job may be hard to fill, kept open to collect résumés, or no longer really hiring, so it's worth checking the posting date and applying to newer ones first.
